Funny Incidence

This is my own photograph. It was taken in the studio about 15 years ago for my driving License. Whenever I see this photograph, I am reminded of a very funny incident.

My friends in those days used to tease me that I look much younger than my age.
They told me I had no wrinkles on my face. If I dye my hair, I will look so young that girls will run after me. I was somehow convinced that what they are saying is right. I said Why not take a chance. I went to the nearby beauty Parlour and got my hair and moustache dyed with black color.I looked at the mirror and could not recognise myself. I was looking so young and energetic. I was reminded of my college days.I went home very excited. I rang the bell. My elder daughter "Shilpa" opened the main door. When she looked at me, she was stunned. She said "Who the hell are you. You can't be the husband of my mother. You are not permitted to come inside. You go back and dye your hair with white color and then only you will be allowed to come inside. After lot of persuation and giving her written promise that I shall never dye my hair again ,did she let me come inside. Incidentally, she is in London now a days and doing her post graduate studies. I am missing her a lot. Well friends, I paid the price for trying to look young.

Yes Nazish, I am very close to my daughter. Yes, she was a kid at that time. Since then, I never dyed my hair. I agree with you totally, all hair dyes are harmful to the skin and should be avoided. Thanx for your comment.
